Discounted Designer Bikinis

It's time to start shopping for bikini's for summer. Now is better than ever while we are still in the winter months and most web sites are having their sales. Prices are bound to start going up within the next few months as spring approaches.  I found a new great website that sells designer bikinis for less. Now they are still expensive because they're designer but you can get a great 2014 bathing suit for the price that Have Faith Swimgerie or Beach Bunny Swimwear sells for their out of date ones.

The web site is South Beach Swimsuits . Take a look at the ones I found from two of my favorite swimsuit designers.

My favorite so far is this L Space Carnivale powder blue bikini. A long with vodka and lace, bows are one of my favorite things. I plan on purchasing this bottom to go along with one of my white bikini tops I already have. I haven't seen one like this so far. 

This basic black is anything but basic. It's a Vitamin A bikini with a cool pattern. The bikini as a hole will run you just under $200.00. You can always do what I do and mix and match tops and bottoms so you can turn two bikini's into 4 swim suits. That basically makes it worth the money. Plus the quality of these suits will last you years.

The next one is from L Space and what a gorgeous color. Corals and watermelon colors are it for spring and summer. This is a 2014 Hippie Chic bikini and I just love the back. I currently have a basic watermelon colored bottom so I just purchased the top only for $95 to make my bathing suit look more appealing. I love the roped looking back of it. If you want both the top and bottom expect to pay around $200.00.

Now they do have other suits in the $48 range as well. Below is one I chose in coral again a go to for summer. This is a Despi 2013 bandeau bikini in coral.

Again you get what you pay for in most cases. I've purchased cheap swimsuits in the past that have fallen apart after one wash or one swim. I feel like spending a little more money goes a long way and again you can mix and match over the years. You can always go to Target and buy a swim suit but do you really want to wear a suit that someone else might be wearing at the same pool? I was mortified a long time ago when I wore a white lace bikini I got at Target to the beach and there was a teenager probably 16 or 17 wearing the same thing. I thought never again!!!!!!

Kim Kardashian Spring Looks

Kim Kardashian is a style inspiration for me. I love almost all of her legs except for most of her pregnancy choices which weren't flattering. This spring with her new figure Kim will be one of the celebrities to watch. Pastels, light blues, mint, corals, peach and cream colors are going to be huge this spring. I love this jacket it would look great with a pair of white jeans or white shorts. The jacket Kim is wearing is a mint ALC Blazer for a whopping $698. 

I found a comparable mint blazer for only $17.00 on Ebay.

The next look is a beautiful beige and black sundress that is so chic it can be worn to a formal event in the summer or spring. I can't seem to find who designed this particular one so if you know please post a comment. I'm on an intense search for it so check back hopefully I will find out today.

Coral Lace Romper

This coral romper from Jaide Clothing is everything.

You have lace, a romper, coral all in one. Sign me up for one this is gonna be so hot for summer. Get yours while they last. Depending on where I go I can be a little self conscious about showing too much cleavage. That's why this would be perfect as a swimsuit cover up or wearing a white spaghetti strap tank underneath.

Sexy Orange Jumpsuit

Who says orange jumpsuits are only for prisoners? This ultra sexy jumpsuit would like great as a bathing suit cover up or just as a fashion statement itself. Orange is going to be one of the hot hot hot colors for summer. Pair this jump suit with heels or flip flops it won't matter. What do you think about this outfit or orange for summer?

Skull t-shirt with Rhinestones

Today's look is a super cute brown long sleeve thin shirt with a skull and rhinestone embellishments. I purchased the shirt on Ebay. So far they are all sold out but once it comes back I will post the link.

Sample Low Carb Diet

I was a bad girl yesterday and had a setback on my strict diet. I know I'm allowed a cheat day but apparently it's important that I keep my cheat days the same day every week which is supposed to be today. Hopefully it won't affect my scale too much but we will see when I weigh in on Wednesday. I drank about 4 glasses of Chardonnay and then I ate Taco Bell. When I say I ate Taco Bell I really went all out. I ate a Nacho's Bellgrande which is my go to Taco Bell meal, a Taco Supreme (since it comes with it) and a bean and cheese burrito. Immediately after I felt like throwing up and now wish I had. To make myself feel better, today I'm sticking to a low carbohydrate version of my diet (previously posted on my blog here). This is my eating plan for today:

Breakfast: L-Glutamine powder for metabolism
1 cup mixed vegetables (tomatoes, squash and zucchini)
1 scoop protein powder

snack: 1 string cheese low fat
1 scoop protein shake

lunch: 1 cup mixed greens with one can tuna on it no dressing.

snack: 1 handful almonds (about 15)

Dinner: 1 tilapia fish
1 stuffed mushroom cap (large)
1 cup lettuce with tomatoes no dressing.

Today I'm taking the baby for a long walk and then I'm going for a 3-4 mile run. I also ordered my wedding dress online since it comes from a designer in Israel and there is no store near me that carries it. The bad side is I'm absolutely crazy and I'm ordering it based on "future measurements." Meaning, I'm giving them measurements I hope to be at by the time of my wedding in 8 months. Scary and crazy I know but maybe this added pressure will push me harder. No more Nacho's Bellgrande for me.

Brandi Glanville Job in Jeopardy?

There have been too many embarrassing episodes to count of Brandi embarrassing herself on the RHOBH but this one rates in the top 5. Watching her interact with Yolanda is so nauseating. It's totally obvious that she hopped from one rich friend Lisa Vanderpump to Yolanda Foster. Let's start from the beginning. After Brandi's first season on the show in a desperate attempt to create publicity so she could come back for another season she created fake drama. If you remember she had a fake wedding to her best friend Darin Harvey and then she created a fake Twitter account pretending to be Darin Harvey's ex wife. She started tweeting herself nasty comments from the fake account to her own. How do I know this? Because I got direct messages from both Brandi's account and the fake  ex account and it was painfully obvious they were both Brandi. If there were at "war" there is no way Brandi would have known the things me and the fake account were talking about.

Now she wants to be just like Yolanda when she grows up since Lisa is out of the picture. I'm not saying I think Lisa is completely innocent in all of this but come on......Brandi is creating this rift throwing Lisa under the bus to stay relevant and secure herself for another season. There have been many polls circulating lately asking "which housewife should get fired" and Brandi either tops the list or comes in close second behind Carlton. Don't even get me started on Carlton.  So it seems people either have never liked her or they see through her bullshit now. Her crude remarks has become what appears to be an act that is tired. She is hanging on to her 15 minutes of fame by a shred. She used to talk shit on her Twitter and now all she tweets are comments about "Please buy my new book" or "check out my podcast" Who cares? While I find Leanne Rimes and Eddie Cibrian as equally nauseating, I'm kinda pushing for them that their new reality show brings them more popularity than Brandi.
