How Alexis Bellino Stays Fit

Everyone who watches The Real Housewives of Orange County wants to know how Alexis Bellino keeps that amazing figure of hers, whether you like her or not.  Personally I'm not a fan of her clothing line but I am a fan of hers nonetheless.  A friend of mine bought the maxi dress and when I saw it up close and personal I thought the material was very thin.  I hear now it's only about $50 so I guess you get what you pay for.  Anyway regarding her diet and fitness routine she posted it on her website here.  She participates in a lot of cardio activity.  She mainly relies on spinning, but if she does spinning three times in a week she gets bored.  So she'll change it up by running the rest of the week or swimming then go back to spinning.  So spinning I guess is what really gets her going.  She also does Yoga, Pilates and weight training.  When it comes to her diet there's nothing out of the ordinary that she does.  She eats proper portions of healthy foods.  She does admit her guilty pleasure is Haagen Daaz peanut butter and chocolate ice cream but she doesn't eat the whole carton and doesn't eat it everyday.  I suggested to her on Twitter that she should consider making a fitness DVD since her body is so envious.  If The Situation from Jersey Shore can make one why can't she?  you can follow me on Twitter at @xoalaina
