Fans in Amsterdam were shocked when the petite singer showed off a much fuller figure on tour. However, Lady Gaga is showing her displeasure not at her rapid weight gain but at her critics. Reportedly her record label told the singer she needed to lose weight. Gaga took to Twitter by posting a picture of Marilyn Monroe and tweeting "To all the girls that think you're ugly because you're not a size 0, you're the beautiful one. It's society who's ugly."
Gaga says she gained the weight by indulging in pizza and pasta and has no regrets. Currently she is back on a diet to try to lose some of the weight but is happy that she's healthy. In high school she said she used to make herself throw up which was detrimental to her vocal chords.
In the end she offered some positive advice by saying "I'm gonna say this about girls: The dieting wars have got to stop. Everyone just knock it off. Because at the end of the day, it's affecting kids your age. And it's making girls sick."

Victoria Beckham Runs 6 Days a Week
Victoria Beckham has never really been at role model for me as far as weight goes. I personally have always thought she was too waif-ish. After having another baby Victoria says she is back to her size 0 frame. Maybe it's just me but I find any woman pushing 40 that's a size 0 to be unattractive. If that's what you like and try to strive for then read on for her secrets.
Victoria credits running as the reason she got back into great shape so quickly. She ran six times per week for 4-5 miles at a time. Her hubby soccer star David Beckham confirmed this by saying she's obsessed with working out and is at the gym every morning. Victoria also eats a high protein low carbohydrate diet. She has also been known to snack on the tails of shrimp and prawns. The tails are packed with protein, minimal in calories and give you that crunch one likes from chips.

How Jessica Simpson Lost the Baby Weight
While some might suggest Jessica still has a ways to go, she has lost a considerable amount of weight since giving birth to her daughter Maxwell. Maxwell was born a whopping 9 pounds 13 ounces. That'll hurt anyone's cooter. Jessica's ads for Weight Watchers should be coming out this month and has already turned a lot of fans off. The ads for now will only show Jessica from the neck up. That to me says that Weight Watcher's is not happy with her progress thus far. In her defense she gained 65-75 pounds during her pregnancy. That is a huge amount of weight to gain especially since the norm is around 30-40 pounds. Jessica had her baby via C-section so she wasn't able to jump on the treadmill very quickly. She stated that she wanted to do a diet that was more of a lifestyle change since she has yo-yo dieted in the past. Her fitness role model is another Jessica, Jessica Alba. I find Alba to be some what of an alien. She is just way too perfect and gets back into shape within nano seconds of giving birth. Jessica Alba has even said that she will starve herself if she has to to get back into pre baby shape. Not a great role model in my eyes but to each his own.
For more realistic goal setting mothers, Jessica made a great statement "After you have your baby it's like, 'Oh my God, what happened to my body?' This is not me,. It would be nice to feel comfortable in a bikini, but that's not my goal. I just want to fit into jeans!"

11 a.m. - Four days a week, Simpson works out for 45 minutes with a trainer doing a combination of cardio and circuit-training exercises such as dumbbell triceps extensions, hamstring curls and crunches with a medicine ball.
1 p.m. - Jessica, 32, eats lunch of spinach salad with 4 ounces of chicken satay and pear.
2 p.m. Simpson walks again outside or on the treadmill, then has a berry smoothie.
