Victoria Beckham Runs 6 Days a Week

Victoria Beckham has never really been at role model for me as far as weight goes.  I personally have always thought she was too waif-ish.  After having another baby Victoria says she is back to her size 0 frame.  Maybe it's just me but I find any woman pushing 40 that's a size 0 to be unattractive.  If that's what you like and try to strive for then read on for her secrets.

Victoria credits running as the reason she got back into great shape so quickly.  She ran six times per week for 4-5 miles at a time.  Her hubby soccer star David Beckham confirmed this by saying she's obsessed with working out and is at the gym every morning.  Victoria also eats a high protein low carbohydrate diet.  She has also been known to snack on the tails of shrimp and prawns.  The tails are packed with protein, minimal in calories and give you that crunch one likes from chips.
