Megan Fox Post Baby Body
Many were shocked to hear Megan Fox had her baby Noah Shannon just last month! The father is former 90210 star Brian Austin Green who recently lost big time in court. TMZ reported that Brian's ex girlfriend actress Vanessa Marcil made out handsomely in court. Vanessa is the mother of Brian's 10 year old son. According to Brian, he had loaned her a total sum of $200,000 and she refused to pay him back when he came to collect. An L.A. judge ruled that Brian had waited too long to collect the money from Vanessa and that the statute of limitations simply ran out. The photos I had seen of her on the internet in September looked like she appeared to be only four months pregnant. The fact that Megan was in stellar shape before her pregnancy has helped her bounce back quick. There were times her figure wasn't exactly enviable. When she followed a super strict vegan diet she looked too emaciated. Now Megan follows a healthier approach. Megan has made it clear that she despises the gym. However, she has begun training sessions with celebrity powerhouse trainer Harley Pasternak. Pasternak is responsible for the 5-Factor diet.
Megan is required to eat 5 small meals a day that include the important 5 dietary factors. Such factors are healthy fats, lean protein, high fiber and non-sugary drinks. When Megan needs a healthy snack she eats the 5-Factor crips. As far as exercise goes, Megan trains with Harley three to four times per week. Megan perfers doing circuit training to prevent her from becoming bored. Circuit training combines weight lifting and cardio in short bursts with little rest in between. During each training session Megan gets 25 minutes of exercises that are broken down into 5 sessions that last 5 minutes each. Megans diet and workout regimen is easy enough that any woman can follow. Her diet is healthy and almost everyone can find 25 minutes a few times a week out of their busy schedules.
How Carrie Underwood Keeps Off the Weight
Carrie Underwood is already underway with her 2012 tour and her body shows all her hard work. In 2005 when she won American Idol she had a noticeable amount of weight on her. She was hardly fat, but her figure now sports a healthier body of work. When I think of Carrie Underwood I think of her amazing voice but there is one other thing that comes to mind. Her amazingly toned legs. Google her and you will find hundreds of pictures of her transformed figure and stunningly cut legs. I personally save such pictures to my iPhone and look at them often for inspiration. Whenever I try to talk myself out of working out I click on the pics and jump off the couch. Since 2005 she has kept off the 20 pounds she shed for over 7 years.
Carrie is a huge animal lover and advocate. That being said, she follows a vegetarian diet. When you are a vegetarian it's hard to get your alloted amount of protein since you are not eating chicken or meat. Carrie replaces that with soy based sausages and Kashi bars. Let's not forget that tofu is a huge staple in a vegetarian diet. You can almost cook it with anything and it's high in protein. She also is consistent about writing down everything she eats especially when on the road. This allows her to hold herself accountable. It's also a good resource to look back on at the end of the week to figure out why you are or are not hitting your weight loss goals.
Like most celebrities, Carrie works out with a personal trainer and focuses a lot of course on her gams. She performs a ton of lunges, sideways lunges, squats, traveling lunges and reverse lunges. She performs cardio exercises everyday whether at a local gym or on her treadmill at home. Carrie feels like it makes her happier throughout the day if she gets in a good cardio session in the morning. A lot of women would feel surprised to hear that Carrie suffers from the same problem they do. She says "When I gain weight, it's in the spare-tire area, "I've told fitness trainers abs are a physical impossibility for me. And every single time, they're like, 'Well, we'll get you abs!' So do I have them? No! But they're as flat as they're probably going to get."

Kim Kardashian 30 Pound Weight Gain
Kim Kardashian is normally very good about keeping her figure in check. Whether you choose to believe it or not she has had liposuction in the past. This was rumored to have taken place before her becoming the spokesperson for GNC QuickTrim. However, since dating Kanye West she has gained a good amount of weight in a short period of time. Kim blames this on countless romantic dinners with her celebrity boyfriend as well as late night partying. On October 21st Kim celebrated her 32nd birthday and decided it was time for a change. She recently said that she hates the feeling 'heavy.' The good news is she obviously feels very comfortable around her man. It's almost standard for people to gain weight when they are in the honeymoon phase of their relationships. Kim said about her weight gain "I'm hoping to slim down a little bit, and I'm not afraid to say it. I think everyone goes up and down in whatever that comfortable love relationship phase is where you like to eat out, but now it's time to get it together again.
Kim used to workout with a personal trainer two times a day. Now she's taking it slow with her busy schedule. She decided to take the advice of her sister Kourtney and practice a gluten-free, organic diet. This is the same diet that got Miley Cyrus into svelt shape. Kim also participates in hardcore bootcamp style workouts to get her butt in gear so-to-speak. Even though she is working out once per day now instead of two she's making it count. Her sessions are at least an hour long and intense. Her workouts entail total body toning instead of focusing on one body part at a time. Kim performs a lot of squats, lunges and crunches with little rest in between. Kim also tends to resort to plugging her QuickTrim friends whenever she is in weight loss mode. While Kim and rapper Kanye West have known each other as friends for years, they have been dating romantically for about 5 months now.
How to Follow a Gluten Free Diet
Miley Cyrus, Kim Kardashian and singer Pink are among many celebrities adopting a gluten free diet. You may have already started to notice on many food packaging the words gluten free on the labels. Many people don't follow a gluten free diet for vanity, they simply have a gluten allergy. Even though we've been hearing a lot about the diet lately it can still seem confusing as to where to start. Gluten is mainly found in wheat, rye, oats and barley. You may be surprised to know that you can actually cross contaminate your gluten free foods with gluten by the way you cook. Some suggest you throw out your old utensils including cutting boards when starting your new gluten free diet. Get rid of old sponges and use a seperate toaster to heat your gluten free foods.
So what foods can you eat following a gluten free diet? The easy was to start off with the diet would be to use common sense. Eliminate tortillas, anything made with with flour, breading and cereals. Also stay away from bagels, donuts and pizza. You can find recipes on the internet for how to make pizza using gluten free dough. Refined sugars and soda are also bad ideas when it comes to your digestive system.
Here is where it gets tricky because the following food items are gluten free but you might not think they were. Corn starch, cornmeal, polenta, quinoa, jasmine rice and brown rice. White, gold and sweet potatoesw are also gluten free. When in doubt fresh produce is always the way to go. Go for spinach salads loaded with fresh vegetables just hold the croutons. Naturally gluten free foods are chicken, eggs and fish. When opting for these great foods it's best to always go organic. Let's not forget cheese! Plain block cheeses like parmesan and aged cheddar are good choices. Gluten free is a lifestyle change. I guarantee you will feel a lot better after participating in the diet in just a matter of weeks. Many people have experienced dramatic weight loss as well. I personally lost 15 pounds just making better food choices that were gluten free.

Reunion Confirms Teresa in on Stripper Plot
If there wasn't already enough evidence Teresa Giudice was in on "Stripper Gate" the reunion pretty much confirmed it. I think her fans are morons to believe otherwise. The men hit the stage last night to discuss the season and Joe Gorga stated that their own father told him that Teresa had said Melissa was a stripper. Andy brought Kim D out who was the mastermind of the Melissa plot. Kim D who mind you is still close with Teresa, admitted that Teresa knew something was going to go down negatively towards Melissa. While she remained coy about the details of what Teresa knew, you have to be blind def and dumb to think Teresa was an innocent party. Caroline and Jacqueline confronted Kim D asking her to reveal what she had told them that night which was in fact that Teresa knew what was going on. In true Tre fashion she apologized for nothing and admitted no wrong doing to anything she said or did this whole season.
Joe Gorga also revealed that he in fact was a stripper for the Chippendales back in his college days. Is anyone really surprised? That being said, I don't understand why their family is so against strippers (their parents) if it's ok for their son. Melissa appeared on the Watch What Happens Live aftershow and shared that she gets along great with her inlaws and that they get together for dinner once a week. I think Wendy Williams was spot on when she said on WWHL that Teresa needs to get out of reality tv. It seems to be doing more harm than good to her family behind her own closed doors. However, she is the biggest fame whore and I don't see that happening as long as her sister-in-law is still on the show. While this was a sad 3 part reunion due to the drama between the families I don't know what I'll do now with my Sunday nights.

Christina Aguilera Calls Herself Fat
Christina Aguilera is firing back at her critics by saying "I'm a fat girl, get over it." She's happy with her curves and wants her fans and business execs to feel the same. Christina says that in 2002 when she released her "Stripped" album she felt like her record company wanted her to be the typical skinny white girl. Aguilera has always tried to over shadow her "whiteness" I think by constantly reminding us all that she is Ecuadorian. Seriously who cares she looks white to me.
Christina gained 15 pounds while promoting her "Stripped" tour and music executives shamed her into losing weight by saying that people would lose their jobs and income if she didn't slim down. Now that she has more power since she started judging on "The Voice" she told her current record label ‘You are working with a fat girl. Know it now and get over it.’ She has no plans on losing weight to promote her new album. She says "They need a reminder sometimes that I don’t belong to them. It’s my body. My body can’t put anyone in jeopardy of not making money anymore. My body is just not on the table that way anymore.”
I think with Christina Aguilera and Lady Gaga flaunting much fuller figures it's a wake up call to America. You don't have to be skin and bones to be sexy and successful. This isn't the early 2000's anymore where every singer strived to compete against Britney's body. Even Britney herself isn't exactly a size 0 anymore.
