Sample Low Carb Diet

I was a bad girl yesterday and had a setback on my strict diet. I know I'm allowed a cheat day but apparently it's important that I keep my cheat days the same day every week which is supposed to be today. Hopefully it won't affect my scale too much but we will see when I weigh in on Wednesday. I drank about 4 glasses of Chardonnay and then I ate Taco Bell. When I say I ate Taco Bell I really went all out. I ate a Nacho's Bellgrande which is my go to Taco Bell meal, a Taco Supreme (since it comes with it) and a bean and cheese burrito. Immediately after I felt like throwing up and now wish I had. To make myself feel better, today I'm sticking to a low carbohydrate version of my diet (previously posted on my blog here). This is my eating plan for today:

Breakfast: L-Glutamine powder for metabolism
1 cup mixed vegetables (tomatoes, squash and zucchini)
1 scoop protein powder

snack: 1 string cheese low fat
1 scoop protein shake

lunch: 1 cup mixed greens with one can tuna on it no dressing.

snack: 1 handful almonds (about 15)

Dinner: 1 tilapia fish
1 stuffed mushroom cap (large)
1 cup lettuce with tomatoes no dressing.

Today I'm taking the baby for a long walk and then I'm going for a 3-4 mile run. I also ordered my wedding dress online since it comes from a designer in Israel and there is no store near me that carries it. The bad side is I'm absolutely crazy and I'm ordering it based on "future measurements." Meaning, I'm giving them measurements I hope to be at by the time of my wedding in 8 months. Scary and crazy I know but maybe this added pressure will push me harder. No more Nacho's Bellgrande for me.
