I Want to lose 10lbs in One Week




So for this next week I'm going to post everything I ate including recipes to lose 10 lbs in one week. I'm not here to lie or be dishonest either. If I slip up and cheat, it will be reflected on what I ate and then we will see how much it effected my results.  Today it starts which means no alcohol for me.  That unfortunately is a hard thing for me to give up. Again, we'll see how long that lasts and if I cheat.  I have social plans on Saturday which I'm guaranteeing I will be drinking.  By the way if you don't think what i'm eating etc. is healthy I don't give a shit.  So starting for today.

9:00 am I woke up and had a Body by Vii Shake (it's only 90 calories and contains more nutrients than just any normal protein shake.

11:00 am I was super lazy and only did 12 minutes of Bodyrock workouts http://www.bodyrock.tv and then I did only 20 minutes of Yoga. 

I drank for the next few hours two 16 ounce cups of green tea. 

1:00 I ate some smoked clams that come in the can like sardines.  I'm trying to stick to as much protein as possible and very low carbs with normal fat intake.  I'm experimenting here. If I don't notice a change in a week I will lower the fat intake drastically.

5:00 I made tuna noodle casserole for my BF and used another can of Starkist tuna to make tuna tartare.  In a bowl I mixed 1 1/2 cans of tuna, lime juice from one half of a lime, a few dabs of soy sauce and Tapatio hot sauce, salt and pepper, minced garlic and minced onion.  I added in one teaspoon of olive oil and mixed it all together.  I could have eaten this on saltine or water crackers but I still wasn't craving carbs so I didn't want to make myself eat them. 

Instead I had a great idea to slice up some tomatoes and spread some Greek dill yogurt dip over each tomato I sliced.  Then I used a spoon and put the tuna tartare on top.  This dinner was healthy and totally filling.  I was fully satisfied and didn't feel the urge to eat anything else.  I drank more green tea for dinner and didn't manage to snack any longer. Above is the picture of the final result. very very good.

Ok so I caved.  My BF called me and asked if we could split a bottle of wine and I said yes. It was one of the big bottles so I had like 4 glasses which is basically a bottle to myself.  Still stayed well within my calories which is only 1003 per day. I'm not happy though about the sugar intake since Chardonnay is high in sugar.  Let's see how this affects my results later in the week. I promise I'll be a good girl the rest of the week. I should add that years ago I lost a ton of weight while still being able to have cocktails a few nights a week.  It's just a give and take game.  If you want to drink you better be super clean with your diet and watch your calories.   In the meantime this is what a diet spoiler looks like below. Or what straight up alcoholics look like.
